1. Introduction of Thiamine chloride
Our Thiamine chloride products are mainly Thiamine chloride 99%. As one kind of powder, this chemical should be packed with 25kg/drum, and it should be stored in shady and cool warehouse. When comes to its application, Thiamine chloride could be applied for V1 deficiency.
For being stable at acidic pH, Thiamine chloride is unstable in alkaline solutions. This chemical should be avoided away from heat, ultraviolet light and gamma irradiation. When comes to its solubility, it is soluble in water, methanol, and glycerol, while practically insoluble in acetone, ether, chloroform, and benzene.
2. Properties of Thiamine chloride
Properties of Thiamine chloride are as below: (1)#H bond acceptors: 5; (2)#H bond donors: 3; (3)#Freely Rotating Bonds: 5; (4)Polar Surface Area: 70.37 Å2.
3. Structure Descriptors of Thiamine chloride
You can still convert the following datas into molecular structure:

4. Safety Information of Thiamine chloride
Hazardous Substances Data: 59-43-8(Hazardous Substances Data)
5. Use of Thiamine chloride
Thiamine chloride could react with formaldehyde to produce 2-(1,2-dihydroxyethyl)-5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-4-methylthiazole and 2-[5-(2-hydroxy-ethyl)-4-methyl-thiazol-2-yl]-propane-1,2,3-triol. This reaction could happen in the following condition: reagent of 2-(dimethylamino)ethanol, boric acid and solvent of dimethylformamide, with the reaction time of 2 hour(s) and reaction temperature of 100 ℃. Its yield is 18 %.
6. Preparation of Thiamine chloride
Thiamine chloride can be prepared by acetamidine hydrochloride and dimethoxy-β-α-methoxy propionitrile via a series of condensation, hydrolyzation, neutralization, oxidation and acidification.
7. Use of Thiamine chloride
Thiamine chloride is often used as feed additive. And it palys an important role in the normal activities of the digestive system and nerve conduction.
